Welcome to Insight (askmeo.fun) (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Insight is an AI-driven self-discovery tool that uses guided dialogue to generate a personalized talent report based on five established psychological frameworks. The Service is offered for self-reflection and entertainment purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, career, financial, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's consent.
3. Payment and Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy charges your payment method, collects applicable taxes, and appears as the entity on your bank or card statement. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Refund Policy
Insight delivers a unique digital product generated specifically for each user. All sales are final once your AI talent report has been generated. If a technical issue prevents delivery of your report, contact contact@askmeo.fun within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its design, code, prompts, theoretical adaptations, and underlying software — is owned by the operator and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the responses you provide during your dialogue. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them solely for the purpose of generating your report and improving the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation;
- Submit content that is false, malicious, defamatory, or harmful;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports generated by the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The talent report is generated by AI based on your inputs and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or interpretations that do not match your self-perception. Do not rely on the report for life-altering decisions without consulting qualified professionals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice on the Service.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wuhan, China. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
